I’m a transformational speaker, author, healer, and advocate who helps people break through what's holding them back, reconnect with their authentic selves, and step into their full potential.

My journey has been anything but ordinary. I started my career in the nonprofit sector, championing meaningful change before earning my law degree and becoming a voice for Indigenous rights. I later built a successful career in corporate America, achieving many of the milestones society defines as success. Yet beneath those accomplishments, I began asking a deeper question: "Is this all there is?"

After fourteen years in the corporate world, I made the courageous decision to walk away from the life I had built in order to rediscover the person I had become disconnected from. Through that journey, I learned firsthand that the greatest barriers we face are often the invisible ones - limiting beliefs, self-doubt, fear, and the stories we tell ourselves about who we can and cannot be.

 

Today, I share that hard-won wisdom from stages across the country, empowering audiences to listen to their inner voice, challenge limiting narratives, and step into lives filled with purpose, possibility, and freedom.

My presentations blend storytelling, practical strategies, and genuine vulnerability, creating experiences that resonate long after the event ends.

As an accomplished author, I have woven these same transformative messages throughout my books, including Listen Within, Red Red White, One Deep Breath, and The Quiet Butterfly. Through both fiction and personal insight, my work encourages readers to embrace self-discovery, resilience, and inner strength.

 

I am a member of the Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head (Aquinnah), hold a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University. I serve as President and CEO of Healing Words Creations, mentor women entrepreneurs, am a Nike N7 Champion, and lead the Omashate Foundation as President.

My family and I live in Englewood, Colorado, with our two beautiful, opinionated dogs.
